The cateruno.ro website

This site uses no cookies and does not itself collect personal data: it has no forms, visit statistics or ads. Our hosting provider, Lovable, like any web server, sees the IP address and the page requested, only to deliver and protect the site.

Who collects the data

What data

Your name, email address, business name, type of business, how many events you run a month and, if you give it, your phone number; the source in the link you came from (for example a social network), if the link has one; and the date, time, IP address and browser you sent the request from, as a record of the request and of your consent to news.

Why

To review your request, contact you about early access and, if you get access, create your account. Only if you tick the separate box: to send you occasional news about Cateruno.

Legal basis

For the request and the account, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract with us (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679); for news, your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us; withdrawing it does not affect what was sent before.

How long we keep it

If you get access, for as long as you have an account; if not, at most 12 months from the request; for news, until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

The providers the app runs on: Lovable Cloud (Supabase), which keeps the database in Europe, and Resend, which sends the emails. We do not sell your data or give it to anyone else.

Outside the EU

The database is kept in Europe. Some providers are companies outside the EU (for example Resend, in the US); if data reaches them outside the EU, the transfer relies only on the safeguards the Regulation requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, at office@cateruno.ro; you can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

The request page does not use cookies either.
